1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 789ewin website accessible at https://789ewin.bet, including all subpages, services, tools, and gaming products offered therein.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 789ewin Platform and uses its services.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on the 789ewin Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

789ewin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or any other documentation deemed necessary for KYC compliance. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account on the 789ewin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. 789ewin shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 789ewin support immediately at [email protected].

789ewin reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 789ewin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment channels as may be available from time to time.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to your 789ewin account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where reasonably practicable.
• Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 789ewin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: While 789ewin endeavours to process all withdrawal requests promptly, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 789ewin shall not be liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso. Any conversion costs arising from cross-currency transactions are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Declined Transactions: 789ewin shall not be responsible for any fees, charges, or losses incurred as a result of a declined or failed payment transaction initiated by the Player.

789ewin maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law. The Platform reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that raises AML concerns to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

789ewin offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Consult the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without recourse.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 789ewin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.

789ewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Continued wagering of existing bonus funds after a promotion is withdrawn does not constitute an entitlement to the original promotional terms beyond what has already been credited.

6 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the 789ewin Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the rules applicable to that game or event.

• Bets are final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the Player, except where specifically permitted by a game's rules.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game and market is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed within the game or betting interface. 789ewin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game error, 789ewin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from system outages or interruptions outside its reasonable control.
• Incomplete Games: If a game is interrupted before completion due to a technical fault, the Platform will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server records. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Winnings: Winnings credited to a Player's account following a settled bet are available for withdrawal subject to applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 789ewin Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game, system, or software for financial gain. Players who discover such issues are obligated to report them to 789ewin support immediately.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of any third party.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following a legitimate gaming transaction.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by 789ewin.
• Any conduct that 789ewin reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its gaming environment, other Players, or the Platform's operations.

8 Responsible Gaming

789ewin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789ewin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 789ewin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 789ewin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Use 789ewin's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable intellectual property laws, entitling 789ewin to seek injunctive relief and damages.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 789ewin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 789ewin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 789ewin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions beyond 789ewin's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where 789ewin has complied with its security obligations.
• Gaming losses resulting from your own betting decisions, regardless of the circumstances.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes where such outcomes were produced by certified RNG software operating within its specified parameters.

In all cases where 789ewin is found liable, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.

11 Termination

789ewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Requests made under a valid self-exclusion application.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 789ewin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where account closure is not related to breach or suspected fraud, 789ewin will endeavour to return any verified real-money balance to the Player via their last used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 789ewin support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, after which no further access will be granted to the closed account.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 789ewin Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 789ewin's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

13 Amendments to These Terms

789ewin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations — 789ewin will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates required by regulatory direction, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 789ewin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.
